The 2018 event will take place at a venue called Sundspärlan, which is located at Fältarpsvägen 60 in Helsingborg, Sweden. It’s a great and big venue where we’ll have tons of space for creativity and the possibility to continue expanding our event for the years to come. It’s not quite as accessible as our previous venue, but easy to reach by car, bus or cab. Thanks to a partnership with Cabonline they’ll be offering a slight discount to anyone who want’s to go.
Also, night printing is a none-issue, feel free to leave your printers on 24/7 so you can finish those long prints.
The event hours are the following:
Saturday April 14th, 09:00 to 24:00
Sunday April 15th, 09:00 to 20:00

Unloading and parking
Unlike last year, you now have the possibility to drive up close to the venue entrance in order to unload your equipment. The venue also has tons of parking which is freely available during the entire weekend, so if you arrive by car, don’t worry.
Food and drinks
The venue has restaurant and bar which also comes with a full serving permit. This means that we’ll be offering both light refreshments and rich meals as well as beer, cider and wine. We’re still deciding on the exact food that will be served, but if you have any suggestions, please enter them while booking your tickets. We will also offer some vegetarian/vegan alternatives in order to make sure there is something for everyone. Should our food options not be enough, there is always the possibility of going into town for something to eat.
Safety and security
The safety of you and your belongings are our number one priority. During the event hours the venue will be staffed by their own personnel as well as the 3D Meetup crew and we’ll be on the lookup for any trouble. During the time which the event venue is closed, the outside will be patrolled regularly and we’ll have a guard posted indoors during all hours we’re not there so that everything is safe and sound. We hope that this will make you feel confident that you can leave your equipment on site. Despite all these security measures, we cannot be held accountable for possible burglary or thefts. Participation is at your own risk. As always, it’s never a wise idea to leave loose items as the opportunity itself creates the thief. Make sure to keep track on your equipment so that nothing goes missing.
