Who we share your data with
Information that we obtain through user input on our website is in general not shared to any third party. If shared, the third party has to sign a GDPR compliance agreement with us.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. Any input through one of our forms, your submission and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This is so that we can use this information to follow up and improve the experience of our visitors each year. Any information submitted is available to the website administrators but not third parties unless agreed upon.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have submitted form entries, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
Your data is stored on Swedish servers hosted by Oderland.se. Our website itself is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption and we make sure to use safe passwords or any account stored in our database. We do our best to make sure your data is stored safe and we have backups in place should anything happen to our servers.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Should the unexpected happen we promise to reach out to anyone who has been impacted by this breach as well as file a report to the Swedish authority Datainspektionen. We will also launch an internal investigation together with our hosting provider to understand what happened and why.
What third parties we receive data from
We receive third party information in the form of ticket purchases from our ticket system, Tickster. We get this information on demand in the form of PDF and Excel files which we handle carefully. We have agreements in place with Tickster that legally obligates us to handle this data with the utmost care.
