In the despair of myself trying to get spare parts for my old 3D-Printer, having to wait over 3 weeks to get a heater cartridge sent over to me from abroad – 3D-Grottan.se was born. Ok, the name was Bachman Elektronik at the time, but the shop and crew was the same – you get the point. We started 2012 in the basement of our house in Kimstad outside Linköping/Norrköping, building up stock and served our first customers early 2013! This means we are on our 6th year in the service of RepRappers, with more than 4000 customers in Sweden!
Our goal was to provide quick deliveries of what one would need to build, maintain and run a RepRap Printer. Corner stones – Service, Price and Quality, keeping a local stock in Sweden and being there for you, the customer. We have remained in the basement all this time (OK, extra warehouse has been acquired) despite an increasing product range – now sporting over 1000 articles. We are the reseller of well known brands such as E3D, Duet 3D, Bondtech, Torwell 3D, Antclabs, Misumi and many more.
And NO – we do not sell printers, we want you to understand the technology and build your own printer – we are RepRap!
